The West Suburbs/Austin Apartments at Thresholds provides haflway house, mental care for those that require a place to live while still getting the mental health services they need.

Located in Chicago, Illinois in Cook County, the apartments are right down the road from the West Suburban Medical Center and Pete’s Fresh Market. Those that have successfully finished their substance abuse treatment program, or mental health program are sent to the apartments for further outpatient treatment and evaluation.
